Common questions

Frameroll shows no photos.
Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Frameroll and choose Full Access. With Limited Access, Frameroll shows only the photos you picked.

Days don’t show place names, or there are no trips.
Places come from the location saved in your photos. Turn on Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Camera for new photos. A trip is two or more days in a row away from the place where you have the most days.

How do I make a contact sheet?
In the Library, tap “Contact sheet” under a day’s title, or open a photo, pinch out to the day’s roll and tap the grid button.

The widget is empty.
Open Frameroll once so it can prepare the widget’s photo. Tap the widget to choose which photo it shows.

The evening reminder doesn’t arrive.
Check Settings › Notifications › Frameroll. The reminder comes only on days with photos and no line yet.

Privacy

Frameroll collects no data. Read the privacy policy.
